How to treat bleeding hemorrhoids? I am only 31 not pregnant and have dripping blood from them.?
Please do not say go to the doctor, I have no insurance and cannot afford a doctor.The blood is only there when I use the bathroom,however it is enough to drip into the toilet. I already have a pretty stable diet I do not even eat red meat. Can anyone tell me how to cure these. Once again I cannot afford a doctor.
Give them a COMPLETE rest! Fast for a week or so drinking just water. That will give them chance to heal. This is NOT dangerous; a week without food is not going to hurt you. Just make sure you drink enough. If you can, take the week off work/school and rest in bed as much as you possibly can. Your body is very clever and completely self-healing – it doesn’t need any help to heal itself, as long as it has no hindrance!
I don’t want to disappoint you but, you don’t cure hemorrhoids, you can bring hem under control. First of all, don’t let yourself get constipated. For now, take hot baths, sitz baths to bring the swelling down. Hemorrhoids are blood vessel that are ruptured and will start bleeding due to constipation.
Get some Preparation H ointment and treat yourself every time you use the toilet, wash good, then dry, put the ointment on. If they get bad enough take a sitz bath to relieve them.
Use the suppositories at night, you’ll find relief with these also. Sty away from foods like peanuts, popcorn this type of roughage.
Wheter you eat red meat or not, has little to do with it but, I will make a summarizing here for that. Your a young lady and need the iron in the meat, if you don’t eat anything else to give you the proper vitamins of the red meat you may want to rethink your attitude toward it because you need the Iron in it.
Avoid constipation, and do not postpone going to the toilet to empty your bowels, when you feel the urge to go, go!
Eat a high fibre diet, drink alot of water and fluids…excercise and avoid straining emptying your bowels.
You can also sit in epsom salt baths, relieves inflammation.
Do not wipe your bottom….dab only
