What should we do and not to do if we have hemorrhoids? And what is the best hemorrhoids treament?
I just got hemorrhoids 6 months ago and now even if a have a good diet every time they appear is very painful and they last 5 or 6 days.

The first thing is sit in the tub in warm water (showers don’t help) and sometimes that relieves them. But see a doctor, only he or she can determine how severe they are.
