Is it a hemorrhoid or colon cancer?

I have had bleeding, itching and lots of pain on and off for almost a year now. I’m too embarrassed to go to doctors but now I’m afraid that it could be colon cancer. Both my grandmas had colon cancer. I’m Just wondering if there are any other signs that it might be colon cancer or just hemorrhoids??
I forgot to mention that I’m only 19. I’ve also been experiencing weird gas like pains that are so painful they wake me up not sure if that has anything to do with it though?

Hemorrhoids and Colon Cleansing

Sufferers dislike talking about them almost as much as they dislike having them; hemorrhoids are one of life’s least pleasant occurrences. Caused by an inflammation of veins in the rectum and anal canal, hemorrhoids cause swelling and make using the bathroom a painful chore. There are two types of Hemorrhoids: external hemorrhoids, which occur outside of the anal opening and internal hemorrhoids, which occur inside the rectum. The latter area lacks pain receptors, so internal hemorrhoids are not painful, but may bleed when irritated.CausesHemorrhoids can develop because of a medical condition or if there is duration of increased pressure on the abdomen or on the veins in the pelvis. Constipation and excessive straining during bowel movements are common factors that can lead to the development of hemorrhoids. An unhealthy lifestyle can increase your risk of having hemorrhoids: refined foods and low fiber diets hamper normal bowel movements and lead to constipation. Prolonged sitting, standing, lifting heavy weights or chronic coughing can contribute to, or exacerbate this problem as well. Pregnancy and obesity can also play a role in the formation of hemorrhoids.Symptoms and SignsPainful bowel movement accompanied by bleeding is a common sign of hemorrhoids. People suffering from hemorrhoids may also complain of a mucus discharge from the anus or itching of the skin around the anal opening. Hemorrhoids may also be felt as small, soft, fleshy lumps protruding from the anus. These swellings can be pushed back manually in the early stages, but as the condition progresses they begin to protrude out of the anal opening. Though they are usually painless, hemorrhoids may become hard and painful due to certain complications. There are cases where people suffering from hemorrhoids have no symptoms at all. There are several steps you can take to help relieve some of the pain and discomfort commonly experienced by hemorrhoids. These steps may help you find relief from existing hemorrhoids and may aid in reducing the recurrence of hemorrhoids.

Hemorrhoids and Colon CleansingIn the absence of regular bowel movements waste accumulates in the colon and may affect general health and possibly lead to disease, and hemorrhoids. Colon cleansing can help to relieve the colon of accumulated waste, impurities and toxins—which could reduce harmful straining and constipation.Clinical trials suggest that fiber will reduce bleeding and pain in patients suffering from hemorrhoids1. Psyllium is a soluble fiber and an excellent natural cleansing agent.A natural colon cleanser, like BeneCleanse, will provide your body with healthy fiber and promote regular bowel movements. It also supplies your body with the tools it needs to support a healthy colon. Reference:
