I’ve heard hemorrhoid and shea butter work for your under eye darkness? But which one works better so I don’t have to spend my money on both?

Is using hemorrhoid cream for dark circles safe?

I’ve heard for a long while that using the cream is really effective for dark circles.
I’m not sure if it’s entirely safe though.
Have any of you guys tried it? What are your suggestions/comments?
