About to go on my honeymoon w/ hemorrhoid can I still have sex?

It’s fairly small with just a peek will it hurt, rub, or get in the way of insertion?

I got rid of my hemorrhoid but why do i still catch symptoms?

I had a hemorrhoid on my left side of my butt and i feel strain. i bought a cream over the internet that worked to get rid of the lump in my skin but i still feel strain on my butt and the constant pain has caused me to become fatigued… Is this normal? How can i explain this to a doctor without him checking and seeing there is no more hemorrhoid there but there is still something wrong with me?
