are there any fast ways of getting rid of hemorrhoids?

i had a baby not too long ago and the last month of my pregnancy i developed i guess you’d say. and i was just wondering if there was a fast way off getting rid of them in a discrete way possible.

What is the best non-invasive way to treat hemorrhoids/piles quickly? It is not bleeding but there is a lump?

If one has the hemorrhoid lump and feels discomfort though it does not bleed, how would one treat it? There is that slight painful sensation on it which I am conscious of.

Is there anything I should do about the painless hemorrhoid that I’ve had for 4 years?

I’m 16 and I’ve had a big bulgy one kinda hangin of the edge since I was 12. Does it sound like a hemorrhoid? It rarely bleeds and is painless, so i usuually don’t feel it. Can it harm? What should I do about it?

What is the approximate recovery time? Can it cause any damage such as problems to the bowels or kidneys? Or thing else associated with this type surgery>
